Well, you can!

Feeling our feelings can be really overwhelming, especially when one emotion turns into two, then three, then four....or a whole emotion sandwich!

But what if you could feel your feelings and process them them in a safe environment with community support and validation?

...what if you could move through your emotions with clarity and in a fun, creative way —using art?

The Bodyful Art Psychotherapy Group is an art psychotherapy support group for BBI&WOC living with depression.

In addition to having a safe space to process + move through your emotions, you'll:

Better understand depression and how it affects your body

Gain an understanding of your emotions and how to be with them

Increase resources for coping with depressive episodes

Learn creative tools to restore your natural resilience

Be in community with others whose experience may validate your own and support your own recovery

I'm  Stephanie Sampson.
Art Psychotherapist and Shamanic Reiki Practitioner.

I help women living with depression understand what they need to feel vital — using art, movement, and spirituality.

And by vital I mean having a sense of what it means to feel well in any given moment.

When it comes to art psychotherapy, I take a BODYFUL approach — inviting clients to maintain an awareness of their bodies (and sometimes even moving) while creating art.

I also incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy through the use of creativity — because art, movement, spirituality, and other evidence based practices combined help to foster resilience and create sustainable change!

This is what I want for you.

Will this course cure my depression?

Got Questions?

Find the most common answers here.

Our reasons for developing depression are varied and deep, so I can't promise that you will feel cured in 2+ months time.

What you will gain, however, is a perspective and understanding of depression that isn't often talked about. This understanding makes it more possible for you to use the resources provided to tap into your own, natural capacity for vitality and well-being.

Can I get a refund if I don’t like the program?
